Chanel Pimpant 57 swatches

Chanel Pimpant 57 is older than 2002 – but I don’t know how old. It’s a girly bubblegum pink, bright and fun. I think this is the first time I have come across a slightly runny formula from Chanel, but this one is. Two coats are enough, but because of my ridges I added an extra.

Masura Obsidian and White Quartz swatches

Today I have two Masura Polishes for you – they are base colors for the magnetic polishes, not that they actually need them, but I wanted to try them as is.

Obsidian:

Masura Obsidian is an opaque pitch black with a shiny finish. One coat is enough for most nails, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.

White Quartz

Masura White Quartz is a really nice shade of white, and the formula neither worse nor better than the average white polish. You might get away with one rich coat – and as a base for a magnetic polish it IS enough. But with my ridges and a swatch of this polish I went for two + a coat of Seche Vite.

Both are very nice, I think - what do you think?

Celestial Cosmetics Sesir Kipi swatches

Stardust Beauty GNOMEnclature swatches

Stardust Beauty GNOMEnclature is from the G.N.O.M.E. Box August (G.N.O.M.E. = Glitter Nerds Of Magical Existence.)

It is described as "a deep burgundy leaning purple with scattered holo and microfine purple and black holo glitter".
To me it feels very dark and definitely makes me think of coffee! It is opaque in one rich coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.

What do you think?

NCLA Lolanthe swatches - Color4Nails store exclusive

Ncla Lolanthe – Color4Nails store exclusive. Lolanthe is a gorgeous purple holo – and it surprised me by being dusty and I thought: hmmm. But then I top coated and it got deeper and non-dusty purple. Color4Nails also has this info on their website.
You see it in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
Unfortunately, it also is a bleeder; I stamped it with a golden stamping polish and on my test hand, and the pretty stamping got all washed out after top coating. On my swatch hand I stamped over my top coat, it was a bit better, but the gold turned more silver… But it did not stain my nails!

It's really gorgeous - don't you think?
